Tom Weaver
At last year's meeting I asked Marty Einhorn how long it took him to get back to Tom Weaver's concerns about how our pointing project would affect his property.
Evidently Marty ignored his reasonable request for so long that Tom had to resort to legal action to get Marty to pay attention to the matter. We learned the "pro bono" work Ian Lester did actually cost us over $25K. That is approximately $500 out of every unit owner pocket. Things add up when you charge your neighbors $700/hr for pro bono work.
After being caught out on his lie, Marty said some appalling things and claimed he was "happy" to pay that. I can only think of one reason he would be happy about using our treasury for that instead of just having a neighborly chat with Tom.
